ZJ type slurry pump
This product is efficient, energy-saving, has a long service life, is light in weight, has a reasonable structure, is reliable in operation, and is easy to maintain. It is suitable for industries such as electricity, metallurgy, coal, and building materials. The processing medium is an abrasive or corrosive slurry containing solid particles. The solid-liquid mixed concentration of mortar is 45%, and that of ore slurry is 60%. The medium temperature is ≤60°C. This type of pump can be used in multiple stages in cascade.

Material: The flow-through parts are made of high-hardness wear-resistant cast iron alloy, which has high wear resistance, corrosion resistance, high strength and impact resistance, and improves the service life.

Pump body, pump cover and flow-through parts: This series of pumps are horizontal, vertical, double-casing slurry pumps. The pump body and pump cover have replaceable metal liners made of high-chromium wear-resistant alloy material. The liners can be used until they are worn out, extending the maintenance cycle and reducing operating costs. The outlet direction of the pump can be rotated and installed at 8 angles.
Bearing assembly: The bearing assembly of the pump adopts a cylindrical structure, which is convenient for adjusting the gap between the impeller and the front guard plate, and can be removed as a whole for maintenance. The bearings are lubricated with grease.
The shaft seal types of the pump include packing seal, impeller seal, and mechanical seal.
Transmission mode: V-belt drive, elastic coupling drive, gear reducer drive, hydraulic coupling drive, frequency conversion drive, thyristor speed control, etc. Among them, V-belt drive includes CL, CV, CR, ZL, ZV, and ZR drive.
Overall performance: The pump has a wide performance range, good cavitation performance, and high efficiency. Multi-stage series technology can be used to meet long-distance transportation. ZJ series slurry pumps are mainly used in power, metallurgy, coal, building materials, chemical industry and other industrial industries. They are mainly used to transport abrasive slurries containing solid particles, such as processing concentrates and tailings in ore dressing plants, removing ash and slag in power plants, transporting coal slime and heavy medium coal preparation in coal preparation plants, and transporting slurry in coastal river mining operations. The maximum weight concentration of slurry that can be processed is: 45% for ash slurry and 60% for ore slurry; it can be operated in series according to user needs.
ZJ series slurry pumps can use two types of shaft seals: auxiliary impeller plus packing combined seal and mechanical seal.
(1) Auxiliary impeller dynamic seal: The auxiliary impeller seal uses the pressure generated by the impeller and the auxiliary impeller in series to seal, and the packing or lip seal is used as the parking seal. This type of seal can be used for single-stage pumps or the first stage pumps in multi-stage series when the positive pressure value of the pump inlet is not more than 10% of the pump outlet pressure value. It can operate without shaft seal water, does not dilute the slurry, and has good sealing effect. However, it will increase power consumption (generally, the shaft power needs to be increased by about 5%). Packing seal is a common type of shaft seal, suitable for various working conditions, and can be matched with special materials such as polytetrafluoroethylene packing and graphite packing. It can be used under corrosive or high temperature conditions. It has the advantages of simple structure and easy maintenance.
(2) Mechanical seal: It adopts internationally leading sealing technology and has good sealing effect. The containerized structure makes installation and replacement more convenient, and different structural forms are suitable for different working conditions. The friction pair materials are made of high-hardness ceramics and alloy materials. The design and coordination of mechanical seals and sealing boxes are in line with the flow state of the medium, so they have high wear resistance and shock resistance, and can ensure customer satisfaction under various harsh working conditions.
