S, SH type double suction centrifugal pump

S-type single-stage double-suction centrifugal pump (horizontal split case pump) is used to transport clean water or other liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to water. According to user needs, by changing the pump structure and material, it can be used to transport muddy water or various corrosive liquids. This series of pumps is suitable for factories, mines, urban water supply and drainage, power stations, farmland irrigation and drainage and various water conservancy projects.

The suction port and discharge port of the S-type single-stage double-suction centrifugal pump are both below the axis of the water pump and are perpendicular to the axis in a horizontal direction. There is no need to remove the inlet and outlet water pipes and motor during maintenance. From the direction of rotation, the water pump rotates clockwise (it can also be changed to counterclockwise rotation according to user needs).
The main parts of the pump are: pump body, pump cover, impeller, shaft, double-suction sealing ring, sleeve, etc.
The pump body and pump cover constitute the working room of the impeller. On the inlet and outlet flanges, there are pipe screw holes for installing vacuum gauges and pressure gauges. The lower part of the inlet and outlet flanges is provided with pipe screw holes for draining water.
The impeller that has been statically balanced is fixed to the shaft with the sleeve nuts on both sides of the sleeve, and its axial position can be adjusted through the sleeve nuts.
The pump shaft is supported by two single-row radial ball bearings. The bearings are installed in the bearing body, installed at both ends of the pump body, and lubricated with butter.
The double-suction sealing ring is used to reduce the water leakage from the pressure chamber of the water pump back to the suction chamber.
The pump is directly driven by the motor through an elastic coupling. If necessary, it can also be driven by an internal combustion engine.
The shaft seal is a soft packing seal (mechanical seal structure can be used according to user needs).
