PN horizontal mud pump
PN pump is a single-stage single-suction horizontal centrifugal pump. The pump inlet is horizontal and the outlet is vertical. The pump is mainly composed of pump body, impeller, guard plate, shaft, bracket (or bearing), stuffing box (or shaft seal) and other parts. The impeller is open or closed, and the pump body can be single-layer or double-layer with a jacket. It is used in mining, metallurgy, municipal construction, chemical industry, printing and dyeing and other departments to pump various slurries containing quicksand, small mud blocks, etc. It can also be used for pumping river mud, pond mud, feces, slurry beverages, etc. in rural areas; it can also be used to transport mineral sand liquid in cities and factories, and suck yellow sand and mud underground.

1. The wear-resistant cast iron is used for the wear parts of the flow passage, which has a long service life.
2. The gap between the impeller and the guard plate can be adjusted in time to maintain high working efficiency.
3. The bearings of the above pumps are directly installed in the horizontal, center-open bracket, which is convenient for disassembly and inspection, timely adjustment, and a water-cooled pipe is installed in the oil pool to improve the working conditions of the bearings.
