ZA Petrochemical Process Pump
ZA chemical pump is a single-stage single-suction cantilever centrifugal pump, mainly used in petroleum, chemical, synthetic fiber, fertilizer, power station, metallurgy, food and medicine and other industrial sectors to transport clean or particle-containing liquids, low-temperature or high-temperature liquids.

ZA chemical pump is a single-stage single-suction cantilever centrifugal pump, mainly used in petroleum, chemical, synthetic fiber, fertilizer, power station, metallurgy, food and medicine and other industrial sectors to transport clean or particle-containing liquids, low-temperature or high-temperature liquids, neutral or corrosive liquids, and the temperature of the transported medium is generally -45℃-180℃.
The pump speed is divided into 2900 and 1450 rpm, and the performance is as shown in the following table

Users can select different materials for the main parts of the pump flow section according to the corrosiveness of the medium being transported.
The pump is a single-stage, horizontal, volute pump. The pump body is foot-supported and has a single-suction impeller. Axial suction and radial discharge;
Front and rear sealing rings and balance holes are used for hydraulic balance according to the use conditions;
The stuffing box has a cooling or heating pipe joint. The shaft seal adopts a packing seal, and a single-end or double-end mechanical seal can also be used. Equipped with a cooling, flushing or sealing liquid system.
The rated pressure level of the suction and discharge pipe flanges is the same.
The bearings are lubricated with clean No. 22 mechanical oil.
The direction of rotation of the pump: clockwise from the prime mover end.
