ZGB Series Slurry Pump
ZGB slurry pump adopts multiple speeds and multiple variants to make the pump run in industrial and mining environments. It has a long service life and high operating efficiency, and can meet a variety of harsh transportation conditions. It has significant advantages such as long life of wearing parts, high efficiency, low energy consumption, easy maintenance, low operating costs, and high reliability.
ZGB slurry pump adopts modern CAD design method, with excellent hydraulic performance, high efficiency and low wear rate;
ZGB slurry pump adopts impeller plus packing combined seal and mechanical seal to ensure no leakage of slurry;
The flow channel is wide, anti-clogging performance is good, and cavitation performance is superior;
Reliability design ensures that the average time between clams (MTBF) of the whole machine is greatly improved;
The flow parts are made of special materials with good wear and corrosion resistance;
After special treatment, it is used for seawater ash removal and electrochemical corrosion conditions of seawater and salt spray;
It can be used in multi-stage series within the allowable pressure range, and its allowable working pressure is 3.6mpa.

(1) Impeller plus packing combined seal: This type of seal is a high-performance seal developed by our factory using reliability design, which minimizes the leakage of the shaft seal. It can also work normally and achieve the effect of no leakage in some special working conditions (single stage) where dilution and shaft seal water are not allowed. The impeller, pressure reducing cover and shaft sleeve are all made of wear-resistant materials, with less maintenance and long service life, which greatly improves the mean trouble-free working time (MTBF) of the whole machine.
(2) Mechanical seal: This type of seal is particularly suitable for the sealing of multi-stage series slurry pumps, and is completely leak-free.
For series slurry pumps with two or more levels, it is recommended to use a mechanical seal with high-pressure shaft seal water, and a single-stage impeller plus packing combined seal.
2.3 Shaft seal water pressure
For single-stage (or series one) packing plus impeller combined seal, the shaft seal water pressure is generally not less than 0.2Mpa.
For multi-stage series connection, the seal with packing and impeller combination is adopted. The seal water pressure of the second stage and above is generally: n-1
The minimum seal water pressure of the nth stage = ∑ Hi + 0.7Hn, where n≥2
For mechanical seal, the seal water pressure of each stage of pump is generally required to be 0.1Mpa higher than the pump outlet pressure.
