D type DG type MD type DY type multistage centrifugal pump

D, DG, MD, DY multistage centrifugal pumps are segmental multistage centrifugal pumps that adopt energy-saving hydraulic models and have the advantages of energy saving, wide performance range, safe and stable operation, low noise, long life, and easy installation and maintenance. By changing the material of the pump (or the material of the flow-through part of the pump), the sealing form and adding a cooling system, it can transport hot water, oils, corrosive and abrasive media, etc.

  • Working conditions

D-type pumps are used to transport clean water without solid particles and at a temperature not higher than 80°C or liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to clean water. They are suitable for use in mines and urban water supply and drainage projects.

DG-type pumps are used to transport clean water without solid particles and at a temperature not higher than 105°C or liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to clean water. They are used for boiler feed water or to transport hot water or similar hot water media.

MD-type pumps are used to transport neutral mineral water (particle size less than 0.5 mm) with a solid particle content of no more than 1.5% and other similar sewage. The temperature of the transported medium is not higher than 80°C. They are suitable for steel plants, mine drainage, sewage transportation and other occasions.

DF-type pumps are used to transport corrosive liquids with a temperature of -20°C to 105°C without solid particles.

DY-type pumps are used to transport oils and petroleum products without solid particles, at a temperature of -20°C to 150°C, and with a viscosity of less than 120 centistokes.

The inlet allowable pressure of the above series of pumps does not exceed 0.6MPa.
