  • Features

GDL multi-stage pipeline centrifugal pump adopts vertical segmental structure with stainless steel shell, so that the pump inlet and outlet are located on the same horizontal line and have the same diameter, and can be installed in the pipeline like a valve. It also concentrates the advantages of high pressure of multi-stage pump, small footprint of vertical pump and convenient installation of pipeline pump. At the same time, due to the use of advanced hydraulic model, it also has the advantages of energy saving and stable operation. The shaft seal adopts wear-resistant mechanical seal, which has no leakage and long service life. In order to meet the requirements of users, our unit has also developed GDLB multi-stage pipeline centrifugal pump with the outlet located at the top. In addition to all the advantages of GDL and GDLS, it provides a convenient, fast and labor-saving way to replace mechanical seals and other wearing parts, so that this type of pump can be operated and maintained without worry.

  • Product Usage

GDL multi-stage pipeline centrifugal pump is suitable for conveying clean water or liquids with physical and chemical properties in high-pressure operation systems, such as high-rise building water supply, boiler water supply, fire protection system, etc. or pipeline pressurization.
GDL (F) multi-stage pipeline centrifugal pump is made of integral stainless steel (ZG1Cr18Ni9Ti) and is suitable for chemical, food, brewing, pharmaceutical, textile and other industries. Stainless steel 304 or 316L material can be customized according to user requirements.

  • Working conditions

a) It can transport clean water or liquid with physical and chemical properties similar to clean water;
b) Temperature range: -15℃~+120℃;
c) Working pressure: 2.5MPa, that is, system pressure = inlet pressure + valve closed working pressure <2.5MPa;
d) The ambient temperature should be lower than 40℃ and the relative humidity should not exceed 95%;
e) When transporting corrosive media and hot liquids, please specify when ordering so that special materials can be used to meet the requirements.
