IH chemical pump

IH chemical pump is a single-stage single-suction cantilever centrifugal pump. Its rated performance points and size equivalents are marked according to standard ISO2858-1975 (E). It is suitable for conveying corrosive media with a temperature of -20℃ to 105℃ or media with physical and chemical properties similar to water in chemical, petroleum, metallurgy, power stations, food, pharmaceuticals, synthetic fibers and other departments.

  • Features

IH series chemical pump is a single-stage single-suction chemical centrifugal pump. The implementation standards of this product are GB5662-85, ISO2858, GB/T5656-94.
IH series chemical pump is horizontal radially split, with rear door knot, and no need to disassemble the pipeline during maintenance.
The pump body has axial suction and radial discharge, foot support type, and the pump is connected to the prime mover with an extended coupling.
The pump bearing uses clean No. 22 mechanical lubricating oil. Before the pump is operated, lubricating oil must be added to the suspension to about 2mm above the center line of the oil mark.
The large diameter impeller is sealed with packing, and the auxiliary impeller is sealed (power seal)

Mainly used in petroleum, chemical, synthetic fiber, fertilizer, power station, metallurgy, food and medicine and other industrial sectors to transport media that do not contain suspended particles and corrosive or do not allow pollution.

Pump rotation direction: clockwise from the motor to the pump.
The medium specific gravity of the shaft power in the performance table is 1G/cm3, and the viscosity is 1mm2/s.
Motor matching principle: if the specific gravity is ≤1.0, the motor is matched according to 1.0; if 1<specific gravity<1.35, the motor is matched according to 1.35; if 1.35<specific gravity<1.85, the motor is matched according to 1.85.
