CZ type corrosion resistant alloy centrifugal pump

CZ corrosion-resistant alloy centrifugal pump has strong corrosion resistance, high mechanical strength, no aging, no toxin decomposition, and can transport acids, alkalis, oxidants and other corrosive media of any concentration. Therefore, it is widely used in chemical, petroleum, pharmaceutical, pesticide, smelting, dye, papermaking, electroplating, food and other industries.

  • Product Features

FSB fluoroplastic alloy pump consists of pump body, impeller, cover, seal, bracket, pump shaft, side shaft, fastening bolts, nuts, bottom plate.
1. Pump body: The left and right connecting parts are embedded with steel flange rings and molded plastic alloy.
2. The right side of the cover is embedded with a stainless steel (1Cr18Ni9Ti) molded plastic alloy.
3. Impeller: The shaft connection method is adopted. The metal shaft is made of steel after fine processing and then molded with plastic alloy. The impeller and the metal shaft are firmly integrated to ensure that the shaft root and the rear of the impeller are subjected to the torque force during rotation. In this way, the medium wetted part is plastic alloy.
4. Mechanical seal: It adopts WB2 type and ST type adjustable end face sealing technology without cooling water, which is made of silicon carbide, high purity alumina ceramics, filled with tetrafluoroethylene, graphite and other materials.

This product is widely used in: pickling in automobile manufacturing, painting process, electrolyte transportation in non-ferrous metal smelting, fluorine water in ion membrane caustic soda projects, wastewater treatment and acid addition and other process flows.
