DT desulfurization pump

DT desulfurization pump is a single-stage single-suction horizontal centrifugal pump, mainly used as a circulating pump for absorption towers, with the advantages of wide flow range, high efficiency and energy saving, simple structure, and convenient maintenance. Desulfurization pump features: DT series desulfurization pump is a single-stage single-suction horizontal centrifugal pump, mainly used as the absorption tower circulation pump in the wet FGD device, with a wide flow range, high efficiency and energy saving, simple structure, easy maintenance and other advantages. This series of pumps is equipped with a compact X-shaped bracket, which can greatly save floor space. At the same time, our factory has developed a variety of new materials for the characteristics of pumps used in desulfurization systems. It can meet the use of various working conditions in power plants.
Desulfurization pump structure: In the rubber pump structure: the impeller, suction cover, and front guard are made of special wear-resistant materials, and the front jacket, rear jacket, and rear guard are made of natural rubber, which has good natural wear resistance, light weight, and relatively low cost. In the metal structure: the impeller, the jacket, the front guard plate, and the rear guard plate are made of special wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant materials, and the suction cover is made of ductile iron with glue.
Sealing form: The mechanical seal adopts a containerized mechanical seal specially used for the desulfurization process, which is reliable in operation.
Transmission mode: V-belt drive, elastic coupling drive, gear reducer drive, hydraulic coupling drive, frequency conversion drive device, thyristor speed control, etc. The pump is operated under the best working conditions by adopting multiple speeds and multiple variants. It has a long service life and high operating efficiency, and can meet many types of harsh transportation conditions.

    

  • Application scope of desulfurization pump

The desulfurization pump is a mechanical pump with corrosion resistance, which is mainly used for the transportation of corrosive liquids. The desulfurization pump is a widely used type of general equipment pump. It has the advantages of good sealing performance, long service life and wide application range. The corrosion resistance, wear resistance and non-deformation resistance of the desulfurization pump can make it used for the transportation of corrosive clear liquids in the sulfuric acid and phosphate fertilizer industry, non-ferrous metal smelting industry, chemical industry and chlor-alkali industry. The application range of the desulfurization pump is very wide. Specifically, the desulfurization pump is mainly used in the following aspects:
1. Sulfuric acid and phosphate fertilizer industry: mainly used for the transportation of dilute acid, mother liquor, sewage, seawater, silica gel, phosphoric acid slurry and other liquids.
2. Non-ferrous metal smelting industry: mainly suitable for the transportation of various acid liquids, corrosive ore slurries, slurry electrolytes, sewage and other liquids for wet smelting of lead, zinc, gold, silver, copper, manganese, cobalt, rare earth, etc.
3. Chemical and other enterprises: Mainly used for the transportation of clear liquid or slurry of sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, alkali, and oil, as well as the transportation of various dyes and pigments in the production process of titanium and iron.4. Chlor-alkali industry: mainly used for the transportation of liquids such as hydrochloric acid, liquid alkali, and electrolyte.
5. Water treatment industry: mainly used for the transportation of pure water, high-purity water, and various sewage.
6. Iron and steel enterprises: mainly used for the transportation of sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, and sewage with impurities in the pickling system.
7. Coal industry and coal chemical industry: mainly used for the transportation of corrosive liquids and coal slurry, as well as the matching pumps for sewage from coal washing.
Desulfurization pumps, with flow parts made of high-strength wear-resistant materials, are suitable for conveying highly abrasive, high-concentration, and large-particle slurries. Within the larger working pressure range of the pump, they can be used in multiple stages in series.
Desulfurization pumps have interchangeable flow parts of various materials according to the different pumped media, which are suitable for conveying abrasive or corrosive, large-particle or fine-particle slurries.
