IHF Fluoroplastic Lined Centrifugal Pump
IHF pump is a single-stage single-suction fluoroplastic alloy chemical centrifugal pump. It is designed and produced according to standards and combined with the processing technology of non-metallic pumps. The pump has the advantages of corrosion resistance, wear resistance, high temperature resistance, no aging, high mechanical strength, wide operating temperature range, and the conveying medium temperature is -85℃-200℃.
- Features
The pump body of IHF fluoroplastic centrifugal pump is made of metal shell lined with polyperfluoroethylene propylene (F46), the impeller and pump cover are made of metal inserts wrapped with fluoroplastics, sintered and pressed as a whole, the shaft seal is an external bellows mechanical seal, the static ring is made of 99.9% alumina ceramic or silicon carbide, and the dynamic ring is made of tetrafluoro filling material or silicon carbide. The pump is characterized by advanced and reasonable structure, strong corrosion resistance, tight and reliable sealing performance, stable operation, low noise and long service life.
- Product Usage
The pump is widely used in liquid transportation, wastewater treatment and acid addition processes in chemical, pharmaceutical, petroleum, metallurgy, electric power, electroplating, pickling, pesticide, papermaking and other industries. The pump can transport any concentration of sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, acetic acid, hydrofluoric acid, aqua regia, strong alkali, strong oxidant, organic solvent and other highly corrosive media.
