ISG series vertical centrifugal pump
ISG pipeline centrifugal pump is designed and manufactured according to the performance parameters of IS centrifugal pump and pipeline pump, referring to ISO2858 and pipeline centrifugal pump standard JB/T53058-93. At the same time, hot water pump, high temperature pump, chemical pump, oil pump, etc. are derived from ISG type according to different use temperature, medium, etc.
ISG type pipeline centrifugal pump (derived from IRG type pipeline hot water pump, IHG type vertical pump).
ISG series single-stage single-suction vertical pipeline centrifugal pump has a direct connection between the motor and the pump, which simplifies the structure of the intermediate transmission and enhances the stability of operation. The shaft seal adopts a hard alloy mechanical seal without leakage. The pump adopts a pipeline structure, and the inlet and outlet of the pump can be installed at any position and direction of the pipeline like a valve, which reduces the floor space by 30% compared with ordinary horizontal pumps.
1. ISG type pipeline centrifugal pump, used for conveying clean water and other liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to clean water, suitable for industrial and urban water supply and drainage, high-rise building pressurized water supply, garden irrigation, fire pressurization and equipment matching, use temperature T: ≤80℃.
2. IRG (GRG) type hot water (high temperature) circulation pump is widely used in energy, metallurgy, chemical industry, textile, papermaking, as well as hotels and restaurants, etc., boiler high-temperature hot water pressurized circulation and urban heating system circulation pump, IRG use temperature T: ≤120℃, GRG use temperature T: ≤240℃.
3. IHG type pipeline chemical pump, used for conveying liquids without solid particles, corrosive, and with viscosity similar to water, suitable for petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy, electricity, papermaking, food, pharmaceuticals and synthetic fibers and other departments, use temperature T: -20℃-120℃.
4. YG type pipeline oil pump, used for conveying gasoline, diesel, kerosene and other petroleum products, use temperature T: -20℃-120℃.
1. Suction pressure ≤1.0Mpa, or pump system working pressure ≤1.6Mpa, that is, pump suction pressure + pump head ≤1.6Mpa, pump static pressure test pressure is 2.5Mpa. Please indicate the system working pressure when ordering. When the pump system working pressure is greater than 1.6Mpa, it should be separately proposed when ordering. So that the flow-through parts and connecting parts of the pump can be made of cast steel during manufacturing.
2. Ambient temperature <40℃, relative humidity <95%.
3. The volume content of solid particles in the conveyed medium does not exceed 0.1% of the unit volume, and the particle size is <0.2mm.
Note: If the medium used is fine particles, please indicate it when ordering so that wear-resistant mechanical seals can be used.
