The flow-through parts are made of self-developed high-chromium wear-resistant alloy with high efficiency, energy saving, long service life, light weight, reasonable structure, reliable operation, low vibration, low noise, and convenient maintenance.
The pump body adopts a single pump shell structure, which is convenient for replacing flow-through parts. According to the pressure requirements, the outer pump shell adopts ductile cast iron and the inner shell adopts high-chromium wear-resistant discount cast iron or cast steel.
Scope of application: ZD series slurry pumps are widely used in power, metallurgy, coal, building materials, chemical industry and other industries. They are mainly used to transport abrasive slurries containing solid particles, such as processing concentrate tailings in ore dressing plants, removing ash slag in power plants, transporting coal slime and heavy medium coal preparation in coal preparation plants, and transporting slurry in coastal river mining operations. The maximum weight concentration it can handle is: 45% mortar, 60% ore slurry, and it can be operated in series according to customer needs.
Sealing form: ZD series slurry pumps can use two types of shaft seals: auxiliary impeller plus packing combined seal and mechanical seal. The outlet position of the pump can be installed and used at eight different angles at 45 degree intervals as needed.
